my oil preasure gauge is all the way but the actual oil preasure is ok. dont know what it could be or what i could do!

 

same problem but reversed....when I stop at a light sometimes the oil pressure drops all the way down to nothing...when I start driving is spikes then levels out just fine...what could it be? Time for a real oil pressure sensor?
