I'm co-producing a sports tournament series this summer, which includes qualifying events in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, and QC followed by the National Championships in Toronto.

Because of the sports tournament nature of the series, we're bringing in sponsors to offset some of the production costs in exchange for logo placement at the events, on the website, broadcast mention, etc.

Rather than reinvent the wheel, we're farming the sponsorship negotiations out to a marketing company - possibly one that a forum member is affiliated with, if any of oyu work for or own such a marketing firm and can handle local and national campaigns
