Silver FD-to-FD sighting: Redlands Blvd (near Mountain View)
Yeah, there's way too many "sightings" posts, but this one is very special!
I was on my way to Food4Less in Redlands, just cruising on Redlands Blvd in my Silver FD. Suddenly, I notice in my rear view mirror some very fast approaching headlights. The car flies past me, and I notice it's silver. It sounded pretty mean, whatever the hell it was.
"Hmmm. One of those G35s.", I thought. I looked closer as the car sped away, and it had the tell-tale FD rear end and tail light pattern (plus, its @$$ was A LOT smaller than a G35s!
) I sped up and caught up to the guy. We had our windows rolled down to talk but I couldn't hear a damn thing he was saying!!
What a gorgeous car. Silver Stone Metallic paint, no wing, black wheels with polished lip... looks like my car minus the wheels!!
I don't remember your name (couldn't hear it over our exhausts), but I'm Mike. I have to say, FDs look sexy when you get to see them from the outside
But hey, speak up, it's always nice to meet a fellow rotary powered car owner!
