I'm a grad of UW. Real nice laid back place. The only thing to do there is drink. Ft. Collins is about 50 miles away, which is nice. If you like the outdoors (Camping, Hiking, Rock Climbing, etc), then you will really like the location.

It amazingly boring, dont ******* go. There is 2 things to do cruise the loop on main street, and drink. Plus there is a total lack of quality bitches i have been up there many of times. I would go to CSU in fort collins over that place any day of the week, better school and talent.

I just moved here from Orange County. It pretty much sucks. There's nothing in Laramie. Ft. Collins is definately a nice place though. There's a kick *** shop down there too.

Cold and windy. Very cold and windy. I don't mind the cold, but wind makes me go nuts.

My cousin graduated from there. He seemed to like it.

I think if you're going there just for academics it's probably not bad. If you're looking for a total college experience, it wouldn't top my list. I'll leave it at that.

Look at places that are in cool towns. University of Texas in Austin is a good example.
