Good place in WA to get some dyno tuning done

Where is a good place in washington that can help me tune my car? When I bought it the guy took the gauges out and it has an SAFC2. The damn thing runs very rich and I need to take it into a shop or a dyno to tune it. Any good suggestions?

What exactly is dyno-tuning? Do you just dyno your car and tweak it afterwards and run it again until you get the numbers you want? Should I do it with my N/A FC? It's running pretty sloppy and maybe I could dig up some horses with the help of someone who knows what they're doing.

ohh, please, please, please tell me you're not doing this to your 3rd gen. . You might be new to the rotary engine, but please take my advice, and get a power FC. The S-AFC is a bandaid fix at the very best. You need to be able to tune vacume, AND boost cells, and adjust the timing. Especially when uping the boost. CJ

Its been a while since I have been there but there is a place in Marysville called Little monsters that does Dyno tuning and he is into rotarys. He was also a mazda tech for quite some time. I heard they may have changed there name or some thing though.

dyno tuning is where you use the dyno to simulate real load( driving/racing conditions) on the engine and datalog and read your wide band 02 readings to tune the fuel/timing as you go

You should give Intec Racing in Kent some thought... They have an in house dyno and are pretty damn good at tuning cars

Avoid any shop without a steady state dyno (like dynojets) as they will not be able to tune your complete base fuel and ignition maps due to not being able to reach the cells. Look for dyno dynamics or dynopack and be careful who you let play with your money. Brian at horsepower connection is very compitent as is tim at dyno athority.
