I was driving back to my work on my company car around 3pm...and I hear a distincive exhaust note. (Sounded like a formula F1 cars) When I looked into my back mirror, there it was Carrera GT approaching!! I went WOT on my company car, 2005 Camry to keep up with the GT but it just passed me. "darn" lol. But yea, man that car looked nice!

Does anyone know the owner of that silver metalic carrera GT? He looked pretty young, I would say somewhere in mid 30's Asian. What a lucky guy.

 

Thats pretty sweet man, I have yet to see one in person. That V10 has to sound wicked. I would love to see that and a Gemballa GTR 650 Avalanche go head to head.

 

At the dealership I work, they also sell Porsche, Aston Martin and Jaguar. We have a yellow one in the show room if you are interested...... Hey, I'll talk to the man to see if I can get you my employee discount!!!!

 

I saw a gunmetal one in SF....I was on lombard and he turned onto lombard off of divisadero.....that car was ******* sexy....

I saw a bright red Carrera GT once on 205 North about 20 miles from San Fransisco. Seeing one of the new generations of supercars on the road is some crazy magical experience, freaking sends tingles down my spine.

 

 

Damn only car i see is an orange Lambo Murci or gallardo on 19th always goin through the park...ive yet to see an enzo, carrera gt, and any other super exotic car...=( not even in car dealerships

 

theres a enzo in the city. i saw him picking his nose and then eating it on main st.

 

One of my customers DAILY-DRIVES his yellow Carrera GT in San Diego, funny to see it with dirt on the side when he rolls up! Really nice guy, let me sit in the car and play around with it....open the engine bonnet, all carbon-fiber chassis rails and cantilever suspension pieces. Seats are nice and pedals are very firm, woodgrain shifter pretty easy to reach.

And that soooouuuuund.....sweet V10!

I know he'll be by soon to pick up a part he ordered, I'll have to get a pic of the Carrera GT next to my "poor" FC!

I belive the person you are talking about is Fayance over on the 6speedonline fourms. He auto Xs it and takes it to lots of track events. Its nice to see the car driven the way Porsche meant it to be. There are some that usually show up @ the Carlsbad Exotic Car show the last Sat over every month @ the carlsbad company stores.

Ive been lucky enough to meet 4+ owners of the CGT all really nice guys. The ride in the CGT is something you will not forget. I mean the sound and speed is amazing

I've seen a few Carrera GT's in the Santa Barbara area. Very nice car and has an unbelievable sound.

LMFAO! We drive FD's, FC's, and FB's because we can't afford anything like this. :p However the Carrera GT doesn't really have a sex appeal to me. Don't get me wrong I'd love to have one cause of it's capabilities but the S7 is my all time fav super car.

I also bet that guy probably wins every AutoX event? Seriously that's not even fair to the rest of the guys haha.

 

I was going to guess you saw Jerry Yang (one of the Yahoo founders), but I think his Carrera GT is black.

 

ive seen the red carrera damn he gets on it we rolled up in my dads gto and were like wrooop wroop and he just went wroooaaaaaaaap and took off made me want to put a 4 rotor in mr rx and see if i could keep up

 

There is a yellow 1994 McLaren F1 and an F50 at the dealership in Los Gatos, about 10 minutes from me. I have camera phone pics and vids if anyone wants to see them.

 

Theres a Lambo here in Fremont. Always parked in front of this real estate place. Not sure what kind though.
