Car floods, but doesn't unflood
88 NA, stock plus true duals and cone filter.
It did this before but it solved the problem for a little bit when I put new plug wires on. Plugs DO fire, and when it starts it runs okay.. but not great. The thing is i can flood it and unplug the pump and unflood it and on and on until i kill the battery. When I crank it with the fuel pump off, instead of starting, revving dying, it's more like coughing, coughing, not coughing, coughing.
