Power FC Power Fc and EU spec FD?
Power Fc and EU spec FD?
I am about to install the PFC on my EU spec FD.
I was wondering if I should do the wire-cut procedure as said in the PFC install procedure thread above or not.
I know EU spec FDs are more likely the J-spec ones, so I thought it is not required.
I shot a PM to that guy on the forum from Greece who has a EU FD and installed it (he started a thread on his car with pics some days ago), he said he got it from SRmotorsports and did anything but install it.
Maybe SR Motorsports sells it with the pins cutted?
Do any of you know if I should do it?
Can I try just plugging it in and then maybe unplug it and cut the wires or I risk to damage it?

SR sells PFCs with the pins pre-cut internally. Two friends and I got ours from SR and all we did was replace the stock ecu witht the PFC. No other work required except for some mild idle tuning.
