Question on FSM Wiring harness Diagram?

Question on FSM Wiring harness Diagram?
On the emission harness Diagram it has the different injectors specified by a code
"R-P"
"R-S"
"F-P"
"F-S"
I'm assuming this is Rear primary/front primary, Rear/front secondary, correct?
Just double checking. I need to re-run these wires from the ECU to the injectors. I believe there is a fault in the wiring.

Well here is my plan, Just checking this is the right way to rewire the injectors from the ECU to the plug... the color specific wire (LG, LG/B) are pretty obvious... But what about the B/Y wires? Are they specific? there seems to be multiple ones and I'm not sure what corresponds to where?
