86 N/A Rx-7 or 87 Turbo II

I am going to be starting a project as soon as i decide which car to use. I am going to be swapping a 13b-re into either a 86 n/a or 87 Turbo II, the turbo II is a parts car and would need ALOT of work, and the 86 is in EXCELLENT condition, i dont know which car to use. I was also thinking maybe i could swap the rear end, TII tranny , and Driveshaft over to the 86 N/A and start off that way. Would that be a good idea or would i be better off selling the n/a and saving it up to put in the TII?
Thanks

the n/a would probably be best, as its lighter unless its a gxl.
