Power Estimate..my Turbo high compression.

How much HP do you think ill be making with my mods below on the stock s4 turbo. and stock IC (front mounted)
I want to run stock boost (5.5psi?). Im hoping for around the 210-220ish mark.
For fuel, Im going to be using the stock t2 injectors, and a walbro 255. Im hoping to be on the rich side, to avoid knocking, thats why im running stock boost. Anyways, just wondering if anbody wanted to give any estimates.
Im almost done with turbo Addon at least :=D

edit* mods are in my sig.

Stock boost is 8.6psi. You really need to get new injectors...

I'd say 190-200 at the wheels.

Stock boost is *NOT* 8.6. You'll see about 5~6 if you just loop the line from the compressor to the wastegate. And as I've stated before, you'll be around 220 to the wheels.

The Fuel cut defencer is set at 8.6 PSI. That's what I was trying to get across. On a fully stock car, boost can regularly hit 8.6 easily.

I was driving my 4 rotor yesterday and realized how much better high compression Naturally Aspirated feels. Do some research on your project before you open your mouth and talk about, so guys like me wont rap on you for such a bad idea. Do yourself a favor, and buy a four rotor.

Interesting statement. Care to post any pictures? Keep in mind that I am actually in the process of building a 4 rotor. So let's keep the BS to a minimum, OK?

This guy is not 100% wrong. Fuel cut can be hit on a stock car on a very cold day. I've certainly heard of it happening more than once.

Well seeing as my S4 TII with a mild exhaust running stock boost made ~210hp http://www.geocities.com/jeffguilfoil/dynoresults.html, I tend to think your streetported 9.7:1 CR engine will make a little more.

Talk to the only man in this thread who's done it.

Edit: As for hitting fuel cut with a stock TII in "cold weather", how about -22F driving at 75mph? Didn't happen to me.

Not to change the topic, but would moving the IC from the top to the front make that much of a difference?

Arent FMIC's alot larger?

Helps prevent engine heat soak and makes our TMI alot more efficiant, despite its size.

Only bugs i've got are a bad clutch and a leaky rear main seal, all being taken care of.

j9fd3s: why would he need a different turbo and intercooler, for such low aims as 210-220?
