opions on this to4s....

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...item=7907335641

I think I'm going to go with it but I never heard of this company before....

Could I put this on my 87 turbo II or are the A/R too small? I think I should look somewhere around .96 - 1.00?? What numbers does the "S" put out with proper fuel/tuning? Opinions appreciated......

So far I have on stock ports.....
HKS manifold
HKS 40mm waste
FPR
720/1600
custom fmic
micotech lt-8
nippon pump
RB full exhaust

You could get the exact same thing from cheapturbo.com for 725 new...

0.84 might be fine if you have stock ports... but if you plan to port your exhausts, I'd go with a 1.00 or even a 1.15 depending on your power level you want. How much hp are you trying to make and at what boost? Planning on a ported motor or not?

With this car, I would like to keep the motor stock since it's compression is still great........400 rwhp is my goal btw at no more than 17lbs....thanks again!

Personally for 400 rwhp at 17 or less on that turbo, I would go with the 1.00. I think you're going to have to be at 15-17 PSI to make that hp.

My car makes about 405 at 14 psi and 415 at 15 psi. I say "about" because everybody knows that if you dyno on different days or different shops dynos you get different results. I have the T04S with the 1.00 and a street port.

sorry for the noob question but the guy on ebay said this is the bigest to4. but it has a .84 a/r on the exit side. this is very small. Even with no street port i would think you would at least want to go 1.0 a/r for high rev exhaust flow.

wouldent a good turbo for an rx7 with no porting me to4(something) with a p trim wheel and a .6 a/r intake and a 1.0 a/r exit.

Grasshoppa, (pinkfloyd) you have much to learn on the ways of turbo sizing and what the heck all the terms and buzz words mean. Finish your book (Corkey Bell) and read a lot more before offering advise. Or at least end your sentence in a question mark to let other newbies know your pretty much asking for reasurance in your assumption rather then making a statement like you know what the heck your talking about.
