I would think that you'd have to buy hose by the foot and cut it yourself.

Thats all I've seen in my travels is hose by the foot. You cut it

AFAIK, it's a weird size hose. You can't go wrong if you just order it from Mazdatrix. They carry the correct size and they have good tech support.
