Talking TuRbO FB:exhaust,&muffler examples**

Had to pull the exhaust off my car today and make a copy of it for some guy in Aussie. Just thought any turbo fb'rs out there could get an idea of what a 3 inch stainless steel exhaust needs to be shaped like to fit the fb if you want the muffler to exit up and angled to the right.
Its made of stainless u bends and straights from Burns Stainless Steel Products and 3/8 thick laser cut flanges.
The muffler tip and inlet pipe with flange is hand made by me. The tip is tapered from 4 inch to 5 inch and is "Slash" cut to give the JAP look. All that was tig to the Magnaflow muffler which happens to be for a 2002 Dodge diesel truck (4inch in 4inch out baby) ya I know its a little much but it all sounds sooooooo sweet especially once I added the stainless Ractive pre muffler which I have yet to burn out.
Whatcha think??

I think you should edit your image calls, taking off everything from the ampersand and following.

Nice setup, only for u guys with aftermarket ECUs. That stainless will last forever.

Here is the last image that didn't go.

Manntis means edit the image link to remove the "&size=" part.

What's the small piece up front? a pre-silencer?

Also, isn't is a pain in the *** to put in as one piece? Usually from the axle back is another piece for ease of installation.

1st off I hope I dont look look like a FOCKING stupid civic ricer. (that was'nt very nice) I have always had the silent but deadly approach but once I vented my wastegate It all sounds the same at 8000rpm anyway.
As for the down pipe I have not finished moding the flange for the new Turbonetics turbo. I had no problem installing or removing the exhaust, all you have to do is jack the car up and put stands under the body then let the suspension droop. Exhaust slides in no problem.

Looks can be decieving, I have over $500 in parts and material alone then add another $350 in labor and that still does not include the downpipe off the turbo.
Mufflers and pre's are not cheap.
