sway bars and struts

What benefits do sway bars offer over the stock setup. It is my understanding that they reduce the amount of body roll a car experiences. Does this hold true when you are not pushing the car to the limits.

Yes, sway bars will help body roll during normal driving; you will be able to tell the difference. From my own personal experience, I'd recommend against Addco sway bars, my brackets broke under the stress of NYC streets, and I had to weld them back together.
