pics - built TII spotted on ebay - Florida

This one looks pretty nice, and no bids yet:

- Rebuilt motor
- haltech
- upgraded injectors
- bosh fuel pump
- Racing Beat Exaust
- MSD ignition upgrades
- Racing Beat shocks & springs
- FMIC (front mount intercooler)
- turbonetics wastegate
- T60 turbo upgrade
- fuel rail upgrades
- leather interior

Only thing I see is some rust around the sunroof.

That FC has been on autotrader for the past 2 or 3 months. I talked to the guy several times and I get the feeling something isn't right. He was asking 4500.00 for it and a guy went to look at it for that price and didn't buy it. If it was as good a deal as it sounds it would be sold by now.

Now that 3rd Gen might be worth the money if it was a standard tranny.

That intercooler piping looks really shitty to me. The one makes like a full 180 degree bend.

The black TII is in Atlanta, and we believe the car needs some tuning & parts replacement. We "think" the engine's good though.

Isn't the piping on the White TII OEM sized? If so, then guess it wouldn't matter.

You're still getting a great deal with all the aftermarket stuff & fresh engine if you ask me. And he claims it runs ok.

That first FC looks a bit "frankensteinish", especially the interior. Black carpet, blue doors, black dash, blue glove box, black steering wheel cover - and then there's the outside. Half assed black engine bay, white car, black sunroof.

On the surface, the car *looks* nice, and if the mods were done right I'm sure it would be fast, but it sure doesn't give me a warm fuzzy feeling. In all, I'd want a more "honest" car. I do like the wheels though...

That's to pre-heat the intake air before it gets to the cone air filter.

Is that one of those "Shogun" front ends, the kind that should be on civics?

Don't care.... that look's really nice!! Actually a sleek, modern look for the aging shape of the 7. I just don't like the way the plastic pieces in front of the wheels look. wheels... they look too much like they are just double-sided-taped on.

WOW 16 Grand for that vert with the aircraft wing on the back!! What a BARGAIN!!!..... Not....... No doubt he has that much invested but he's gonna have a hard time getting his money back. That front end looks different from any other 7's I've seen but I think the person is right when they mentioned a Honda front end. I've seen it in magazines for hondas but never for a rex.
