after install of pfc idle surges
idle surges form 1k to 2k and never stops any ideas on what to check.

did u let the pfc "learn" the instructions have a section on what to do. i also notice that my idle is higher than before when the car starts (cold), but afterwards the idle seems normal.

Check the idle setting (RPM wise) for the PFC using the Commander.
