1st Dyno results with new combination/setup!

I was finally able to make a couple of shake down runs with my new combination. The initial results seem pretty promising. Peak power checked in at 490 RWHP at 13.5 psi!
The 1st four primary injectors were already hitting 100% duty cycle on that run. The secondary injectors were staged at 15 psi but I'm going to have to bring them on earlier now.
Maximum EGT's are about 200 deg. farenheit lower than before on both the down pipe and in the exhaust manifold.
Here's a simple plot of the dyno run.

RPM.................RWHP
10000.............490
9500...............490.8......>peak
9000...............475
8500...............450
8000...............430
7500...............390
7000...............335
6500...............275
6000...............235
5500...............205
5000...............180
4500...............155

The motor is the same secondary bridge ported one that I've been using. The intake manifold, exhaust header and methanol fuel are the major difference now.
I'm hoping for 850 RWHP!

Thanks John!

I'm going to be on the dyno again tonight. The dyno is in an enclosed room so it's pretty difficult dealing with the methanol fumes! Tonight I'm going to be concentrating on the staging(secondary injectors) and hope to make a run at 20 psi!
Anyone have a clue at what RWHP 8 X 1600cc injectors would be maxed out?. I'm allready 100% duty cycle at 490 RWHP on the primary four 1600cc injectors!

crispeed - It's the high RPM that kills the injector duty cycle... I had never seen 100% INJ cycle in my car until I extended my map and started taking the RPM's to 9000rpm on a daily basis...

With your curve (and required RPM spin), sounds like you are going to be fighting a serious INJ size battle...

Hhe's running meth... don't you have to pump out about twice the volume compared to gas? Gonna need major injectors for sure...

I'm hoping the injectors can support the power I'm aiming for. In theory it's supposed to but you know how that goes. Only time will tell!

ok, so how do i order those?

anyway, cris you got 4 1600cc injectors or 8? if you got 8 just kick up the fuel pressure a little, you'll be golden.

Crispeed my car is the same way, i am maxed out at 97% duty cycle at 15 psi so you are on the right track!! when i added the twins i also had to add 30% more fuel across the board as soon as boost started around 3k rpms! i wonder the same thing about the injectors being enough..i will find out friday at the track!!
