Will the TII hood fit the N/A models? Will it improve the airflow and temp of the bay?

 

Yes it will fit. From what I have heard it wont do much if anything for temps/performance.

 

Doesn't seem like it would do all that much. Hood scoops aren't remarkably efficient and it would be minimal air entering. You would be better picking up an electric fan or a performance radiator.

A TII hood greatly increases the dead bug flow coefficient. . .Looks stylish too!

I just put one on my vert and it looks very cool. Here's the problem...
Water will run directly into your alternator which is not a good idea. It looks like it will get into the TPS as well. I ended up making an aluminum panel to cover up most of the opening on the inside (silicone and bolted in place) and left a small opening in the back so the water and air ends up near the firewall. Hopefully it works.

 

not to mention much lighter. the tii is aluminum.

Not all T2 hoods are aluminum. Also, there are NA hoods out there that are aluminum too, just a bit rare. Yes the T2 hood will fit, but originally the hood scoop was there to direct air to the intercooler. As for cooling down the engine...let's just say if you were to purchase one, it'd be more for looks than performance.
