Power Steering Beeps/Ignition Removed HELP!

Okay well.. looking further into my problem in my steering column and power steering computer (5-beeps, pause, repeat - in case abnormality of steering sensor signal: Steering sensor is mis-aligned or failed or steering wheel has been improperly installed.) and speaking with my mechanic I have found that (i think) the wires that were unplugged from my key ignition when i removed it was part of the power steering computer?. he says the power steering sensor gets its power from the ignition.. its got a green wire w/ white stripe and a blue wire w/ red stripe.
there are also two wires in a seperate bundle consisting of a red w/ yellow stripe and a green wire with bare solder ends (no connector) that i dont know what they go to (i am pretty sure they went to the little light above my key that is now not there. ill mention them in case im wrong)

now my question.. how do i bypass this or make the power steering compy think its steering sensor is doing its job?
