Hey blue, I have a 91 vert... going 383 stroker, 3 stg nos, do I need to do anything more to the frame? She should blow low 8s with Ford 9 inch 411s solid blue pearl paint over black, paint will be done soon I hope.

ditch the vert there heavy youll need a full cage for low 8,s unless your talking 8th mile ..i suggest that before paint ..
you,ll also need a full backhalf to get the 9" in there (before paint) and a bigger motor cause unless your running some sick 15/18/12 degree heads with some 14-1 compression ,a 383 will be hard pressed to get you into the low 8,s in a heavy vert with and an nos motor ...
now if you were going turbo you wouldnt need such a nasty set of heads and stout bottom ..
you also need wheely bars and a chute ,a liscence ,cage cert ,all the saftey crap ....
..ive been 8.90 @152 but a new motor is on its way in ..
