Anyone going to the drift day next wednesday the 27th? I will be there with my black fc. Its a good place to meet some of the members on the board.

why dont we set up like a meet up on rt.18 before the track, grab a bite to eat, check out each others cars, then go to the track? sound like a plan??

 

Why does it have to be weds!? I wanna go but have work til 530pm. Where can we find a schedule of events. I'm all the way from Northern Cali doing an internship here in Atlantic City. And I wanna drive badly!! I have extra wheels and tires

Also does anyone know of a garage or place where I can fix my car. I'm in an apartment right now and my pilot bearing went out...again First time I tried fixing it in the grass and dirt parking lot at the apartment, but never again! I got the tools I jus need the space, any hints? Thanks

 

The drift event starts at 5 and goes on till 10ish. There should be some good drifters there. A drift try to get out a little early. You should be able to make it up there in about an hour and a half. I think if you stay the whole day you can get maybe 12-15 runs in. Its in the parking lot and is set up with cones but its not bad. Here is the track layout.

I'll be there for sure cause I just got my hours shortened for wed. I gotta represent northern cali all the way out here. should be lots of fun. I've been dying to go to a track out here already. You'll see my purple people eater there.

You know what I realized, I dont have a helmet!? Anybody have a helmet I can borrow for this event? If I can find one I probly wont be able to go. And how much was the event? I remember seeing it somewhere.

Yes I plan on coming to the caravan. I will be in D.C. for fourth of july but I'll be back that saturday in time for the meet. I really want to go tomorrow but I dont have a helmet, it's in California!!! Why did I forget it!? If anyone can bring an extra helmet and let me borrow one that would be great!

So I just had to give one of my roommates money, and after my N.Y. trip last weekend. I'm broke I don't think I can make it today. I want to but only way I can make it is if someone gives me a helmet, pays the $28 for me, and helps with gas lol. So, for the next one in July I will be better prepared. And thanks "rxpolak" I got your number down for sure in case I need a helmet for the next one. I think I'll have my mom's send my helmet out here so I have mine. You guys have fun and lemme know how it is. I wanna go so badly!! Last event I went to was in April, back home in Nor-California.

Well they changed it to $40. I was the only one there without a 240sx or a 86. I didn't do too bad for a stock rx7. I have video I will post tomorrow.

 

Yes I wanna see, in July I represent for sure. I won't let you guys down. If you check out my myspace I have a vid of me from the last comp I as at. Next for sure I'll be there. This was a lil sudden for me.
