Meeting of Mazda's Poll

Okay guys, I will be posting the official announcement up as soon as tomorrow. I'm gonna run this by you guys but please this is not final. Just looking for your opionions. I am in search of having the food sponsored but if that doesn't happen I have the following two options.

OPTION 1:
$10 entry for 1 vehicle/1 person, $5 for additional people (under 16 free).
Includes: 1 Mazda goodie bag, ticket for door prize for everyone, food for everyone, donation to sick kids.

Pros:
-Value for the money
-The people from Mazda and the sponsors will be treated better (as opposed to "bring your own bbq" idea).
-RX7s have no trunks (can't bring our own bbq)
-More money for sick kids
-We worked hard to find a place that does not require pay to get in. (The RX Club has put $160 for the park, we would like to be reimbursed). But $160 will be about $1 or less for every entry as opposed to $5 to enter a conservation area where all the money goes to the park. This means more money for sick kids.
-I booked the lounge area to serve the food for two hours 12-2pm (I believe this is worth the extra $16.50/hr)

Cons:
-its $10
-some people enjoy the bbq'ing

OPTION 2
$5 entry for every vehicle. 1 Mazda goodie bag, ticket for door prize for everyone, donation to sick kids. Bring your own food/bbq.

Pros:
-it's cheaper
-bbq'ing is fun

Cons:
-The "important" people are not treated as well but maybe they'd like bbq'ing
-Some people might not like bbq'ing
-RX7 guys go starving

I can cough up $10 for sure.

I will be there.

$10 is peanuts. Like nismo said. $10 barely gets you much now.

They let me in last year with my wife's Matrix. I parked well away from the real cars though.

There should be ample parking (300-400 cars) but that depends on the numbers that show up.
