Still dying to hear that whining transmission... I've wanted a cut gear transmission for a long time, I think one of these days I'm going to have to drop the coin and do it.

Thing is going to be awesome!

-Yeah the rails are bent on mine and the floor boards are like a ******* waffle...

I think next off season I'm going to cut them out and re-do them -as well as the trans tunnel... It is hammered to **** in order to fit my trans.

i put a muncie (m-21) in my last car and the linkage was super close to the transmission tunnel ---im sure you had to do plenty to get those heim joints to fit within the tunnel ---i removed the lumpy sheetmetal inside the tunnel and it clears-not by much but it clears---putting a m-22 in the car im building now--they have flat cut gears as well(going behind my 462bbc) ............jason

My builder thinks the engine might have been hurt when I bought it... I had blasted the oil pan so I thought that did it -turns out there were other issues that blasting material could not have caused -back to square one. Engine should be done this week.

great build.... I assume there are no cooling issues even on the track? That radiator looks massive, but not really ducted.

highest water temp I saw all day was about 210*

One of he benefits of that set-up is I can run a huge fan -no clearance issues. I have a 3000cfm 16" Flex-a-lite set to come on at 180* -works great!
