new personal best 9.49
same recipe, tweaks to the spices, allot more flavor, also after I remembered 8.5psi not 9.5 was my cold tire temp she got back into the 1.30's... it was hot as ***** all weekend

Thanks everyone, this was the only full pass of the weekend... We smoked 2 corner seals on the rear rotor Friday, pulled the motor Friday night had it rebuilt by 3 am sat, had the car back at the track 3pm sat, first pass clutch slipping like crazy, learned/figured out my ram/act setup wasn't properly shimmed, by 4am Sunday had tranny back in and all together... Sunday morning made this pass, then since I was bracket 2 (10.0-12.0) dialed in 10.0 and played games for 2 rounds. Semi finals I lined up with team who beat me last year in the finals, their deadly consistent... We're talking within .01 -2 of dial in every time... Long story short on the gas in 3rd cracked the pumpkin, diff already has new pumpkin, gonna hit the dyno, then track and see if we can't make some more magic happen :-)

You mentioned the lack of speed, but I had no idea it was that bad. Once again, congrats on the new PB.

U running the oem corner seals? Did you crack them or just stuck em? What about the rotors, are they side clearances?

Well so far so good, but my tuner says his buddies back on the island haven't had any notable difference to the Fd shaft (failure wise)

Not sure on max revs. But they're sealed stock engines, so they're not going to make many more revs than a stock RX-8 would.
