Need help with wiring, can't start my car anymore
After stripping my car, I am having trouble getting the car back to running. I turn the key and no ignition. My battery is running at 12 volts then goes to 0 and the whole thing shuts off. I feel like maybe I don't have a full flowing circuit and it shorts out. Idk where to start...

And the year of your car is? Assuming it is an 87 does the solid Black wire at the ignition harness have constant 12 volts (wire is in the same plug as the Black/White wire). Also, does the negative battery cable run to the fender well first before going to the starter?

It's an 87. I need to double check all that.
Let's say I pulled out too much wiring, like I accidentally stripped too much wiring from the AC and the radio/ speaker system. Could someone please tell me the bare minimum of what I should have? Going from the in and out of the dash
So what I do have plugged in-
Driver side two blue plugs.
Speedometer plugs all 4
The center gauge cluster on the dash
Passenger side I have the blue cable plugged in

Post #2. And a poor connection at the battery terminal can cause the voltage to drop but you need voltage on the Black wire at the ignition switch as mentioned. And the ground at the starter is also important. If you know how to use a meter then you don't really need to pay someone for you just have to be willing to check things that are necessary to check.
