e11 vs e6k on a hks t04r s5 t2

i'm thinking of picking one of these up (hopefully to use with a hks t04r s5 t2). would it matter which one, is it worth spending the extra money on the newer ems?

There is nagging issues with the E11's properly controlling 2 rotor engine right now.&nbsp I'd wait until those are ironed out, or just go with the E6K.

The E11 has problems with timing and stock trailing toggling control.&nbsp There is light at the end of the tunnel, as it sounds like a firmware uprade fixes these problems.

The E11 is a way more powerful EMS, if they can get all the bugs out.&nbsp The graphical datalogging is worth the added cost!

What does the E11 graph for you?

Almost all the inputs and most of the outputs.&nbsp You can even datalog the ignition input triggers to make sure you're getting a coherent ignition input.&nbsp You can run up to 5 separate graphs and display them one on top of another.&nbsp You can run 12(?) [limited by # of colors] data types on one graph.

The bad thing is that you need to "set up" the datalog, by picking your data types you want logged.&nbsp The E6K logged all of it's data, but you chose what you wanted to be displayed or not via a simple menu - this is not the case with the E11.

(The very reputable) Word 'round the campfire is that Haltech AU is up for sale after the death of the founder and subsequent mismanagement by his wife, and the engineer who designed the E11 (along with 8 other engineers) have left for greener pastures.

Take it for what it's worth.

Interesting coming from a person who was highly instrumental in a recent Microtech GB?

Perhaps Haltech's troubles influenced my choice?
