Did a little work yesterday and dropped the diff/subframe. All my homies own miatas so we have a retarded amount of welded diffs so I slapped one of them in the FC.
Clutch is finally done and ****.

sup, Iam learning so much from this thread! the overfenders are on point. did you re-weld the outer skin metal to the inner metal after you made the cuts for the rim to clear?

Engine work will come in due time. Im enjoying the heavy slow boat it is right now.
Took the diff out aka had to drop the sub frame. Since all of the homies own Miatas, we have a gang of open miata diffs. There was a welded miata diff, so I threw that in. Same **** as an FC open.
I took it out for a run, my homie took it out for two. On his second run it was dumping black smoke and idle was super lumpy. Diagnosed it as probably the fuel pressure regulator. It was done for the weekend.
Sad face.
We then finally went to the motel and mourned my broken car the gold way. Got drunk.
idk.
So sunday came and we were going to pick up a uhaul trailer, but then our good homie offered us his trailer to use instead. Thanks Alveen. <3
Went to PnP and got another FPR to try and switch out. Switched that **** out, and it wouldn't start at all. Pulled the plugs, bitches were more wet than your moms panties.
All in all, its always a fun weekend at the track with the ******.

Currently still trying to diagnose wtf happened. Ordred new plugs so going to test those out later today. Hopefully that fixes the issue.
Also, my oil seems to have a bunch of fuel in it also. Any suggestions what that would also be?

Finally got the **** running. SKEETALICIOUS!
Switched out the injectors and it looks like one of the primaries was just fully open and dumping fuel. Switched those out, did an oil change (super mixed with fuel) and she was ready!
Also picked up a few ******* items from a local member (a072mark). Got a soft top, trunk, and new tails. Oh yeah, and I also bashed out the damage that was done to the rear. Now the new trunk fits TOIGHT.
All in all the car feels good with the new clutch, diff, etc. Time for mo' skids.
Im pretty much excited about the soft top though. My old ones was DOO-KIE.
