What are your winter mods/upgrades?
Since most of us have put away our cars for the winter. It's time for winter mods and changes.
I"ll be removing my ricer A-pillar pod along with the gauges and putting them in the center speaker position.
Changing out my couplers to black instead of blue.

I have to replace the left rear corner of my truck box, there is a seam there, was repaired previously, no seam sealer was used, and the seam rusted out. Luckily I can still get that corner piece from Mazda, just have to get off my butt and learn how to install it correctly.
After that, I want to get my Pathfinder rear axle installed. This is on a B2200,, the Pathfinder axle is a 9.25" ring gear, LSD, disc brakes, and a 4.65 gear ratio, and has the same 6-bolt wheel pattern. Going to keep my stock leafs, just weld on some leaf perches. This axle has a speed sensor, so I can start using the launch control features of my Adaptronic ECU with this axle too.
I also hope to install my S4/S5 TII hybrid motor in the truck, to replace the S4 NA 6-port. Will be running it without the turbo to start with, until I get the parts to turbo it, like a larger exhaust system, etc...

Fix all of the previous two owner's mess ups:
What i've done already:
Coilovers
Rear Sway bar mounts
Replace passenger door handle
Fix speedo
Replace cluster hood
De-rice interior paint
Fix hvac panel
Rebuild engine
Resonated mid pipe
New exhaust
Wrap exhaust
Replace fender liners
Reinstall ash tray
What I have left to do:
Put engine back in car
Fix radiator hoses
Duct v-mount
Duct turbo inlet
Fix exposed & loose positive battery cables
Clean engine bay
Install missing under body bracing
Secure power FC & commander
Methanol injection
Diff brace
Tranny brace
Replace broken defroster vent
APR mirrors (maybe)
Probably some more that I'm forgetting
Good thing that it's going to be a long winter

..anyone know who can make a front sway bar?...
my 302'd FC is a little funky to fit a stock one in and the recommended E36 BMW sway is 2 inches too narrow.

I have a list a mile long for the rx4. The rear axle and front suspension are already tore apart.
rebuild rear diff, sa 5 speed swap, raise front suspension by about 1.5", new front shocks, possibly some goodies from ttt for the front too, fix some electrical gremlins, fix fuel gauge, an fuel lines and fittings, possibly new wheels and tires, fix some small rust spots I found after I got it back from Joe (totally my fault didn't know they were there lol). Pretty sure there is more on my list too that's just what I can remember off hand.

4) New stereo deck
5) Dash Cam--- (Everyone should install one)
6) Planing on changing the bumper asap but haven't found one that i like other then 99 spec

maybe end of winter repairs but...
1) install used front strut assembly from GXL onto vert
2) Grand Marquis meshies and locate some tires i like
3) In the process finding a T2 hood
4) shampoo the damn carpet
5) figure out damn stupid crappy cold idle. it bounces up and down while cold and sounds as if its going to die before picking back up but it is fine when warm. already checked thermowax all is good, maybe ill just leave it since holding the throttle is a stop gap measure for now which is probably not a good idea
