Starting problems

A couple days ago I left and my father had to move my 7. He was backing it into the garage and it stalled. He couldn't get it started so he just put it into nuetral and pushed it back in.

Now I can't get it to start. I have power and it is firing. I think it is either flooded or the fuel pump is not working. Can anyone help me?

Well, I did everything except putting in ATF. The 7 still won't start. How important is putting the ATF in?
