I tried to use a "T" fitting and had a problem with it generating too much pressure at the pumps, this caused them to pop their relief valves. I ended up using a "Y" block, which allowed the fuel to merge instead of fight each other.

That is a good point never thought about that. I was going to use a fuel block The one I was looking at didn't have the wright size fittings. I am going to get one though thanks. In that pump set up of yours did you have problems using the stock wiring?

looks sweet, is that just normal clear silicone sealing the holes you made for your wires
No I used believe it or not JB weld it makes a great seal.

Also, if you are using just regular fuel hose, you will have a problem. It separates/blows apart when submerged in fuel. The Napa submersible hose is a little pricey, but you never have to worry about it. The part number is on our "how to"
