bad news she wont start HELP!

Well guys i was driving home from fau today and was driving my car as i usually do.....i get home and i hear a popping noise from under the hood....so i pop the hood and there is gas and oil reminents everywhere.....i cleaned it all up to try and find where the gas leak is coming from....so i pulled the upper intake manifold and inspected the injecters and cleaned them up a bit
well as i looked down the lower intake manifold there were gas fumes everywhere. I try to do most of the work myself....and i suspect it is a grommet that has blown under one of the secondary injecters....the oil is from the premix....does any one else have any ideas....she wont start now....but on the PFC it says my injecter duty is around 1.5% while cranking and i still have spark .....still have great compression...she just wont start....????? hmm i dont know what to do...well any input would help a lot thanks in advance

if you getting compression, your either missing spark or fuel.

BTW: if its your secondary injector, i dont think it would make a difference when starting, they should only go on after your primaries step right?

oh and when you crank, your primary fuel injectors are suppose to go up to about 20-25% and then tapers off to 0% with in 2-3 seconds if you continue to crank.

hmm that helps a bit....now when i after i had got home there was fuel everywhere in the engine bay and now she just wont start ...so are you suggesting that i check the primaries for a leak....and would the primaries leak upon cranking of the engine...i mean one would think they should because of fuel pressure. Well i am going to take off the primaries and inspect them tomorrow. thanks for the advice.

well if the fuel is getting all over the engine bay it is prob not going in the engine... ps find the leak before you try starting it again we dont need any fire threads. check the fpd
