This is true. The seats are designed for a racing harness, but the reclining one's can also accomodate a normal seat belt. The BRIDE rails are the one's that include the adapter for the belt latch. So, technically you can use the OEM seat belt with a full race bucket seat, but its not very functional.

Just received my Exas III seats and seat rails for the FD. They are amazing! Can't wait to see what they look like in the car. Thank you Eric for all your help and great customer service.
I will try and post some pics once they are in. May be a few months though.

Yes, it will with most seating positions. The upper shoulder bolster hits.
