Signal error count 7??
My car runs like **** for some reason and im getting the signal error count 7 popping on the laptop... Can someone tell me what that means?
Every time you get a signal count error, it means the ECU is not getting a trigger signal. This means the ECU will not charge the coils or fire the injectors.
I had this problem quite a bit with my V3.
Usually the problem has something to do with the CAS/CAS wiring/trigger settings.
Make sure the magnetic pickups in the CAS are as close to the teeth as possible. Make sure your CAS harness is not routed near any power wires (like the main alternator wire).
Make sure you input filter settings are correct.

I dont ever get noise and never did with my settings correct. After I found the polarity got switched and put it back to upstream, the car started right up and never got signals errors.
