Does anyone know or a suitable IC (eeprom?) that can be used in the memory cartridge for a version 3?

I have a number on the surface of the chip (OF963270) but cannot find any details on it for a replacement.

Thanks

I still have about 8 or 9 chips left over that I purchased to make my ver 3.1 cartridges.. they are 93c86an .. they are readily availible, but tough to buy in small quantities for a realistic price.. If you gusy are interested, let me know..

By the way, be careful with old cartridges.. my original cartridge developed a problem where it would still save maps, however, it would screw up random fuel/timing points and reduce them to 0... so I would save from the computer, insert the cartridge, save the map from the cartridge to wolf, then find that certain fuel/timing points were at 0 .. if I did not look through my maps manually on the handcontroller, I would have probably popped my motor ... I now makes sure I go through all my load points on the hand controller to make sure all my informatino has been loaded..

Resurrecting this old thread....

I'm after details of the component that are used in the V4 memory cartridge. I've just purchased a V4 ecu without one & want to make myself one
