Is it possible with the Wolf V4 to setup when the injectors open and if it can be done at lower loads only? So with a mild cam piston engine raw fuel isn't going straight out the exhaust valve during overlap. If not when does the ECU actually inject the fuel? At TDC of the intake stroke?

 

I think they start spraying at "trigger 1 degrees before tdc"

Unfortunately you cannot change this based on RPM. It is a fixed setting.

its not really meant to be changed....

its the setting for trigger1s location in relation to tdc

 

ah ok so it would change the ignition timing aswell?

 

no you would adjust your CAS to to trigger what whatever you set that to.


Anyway, I'm not sure if that affects injection timing, but I assume it does.
