There are 3 or 4 groups that I am aware of ... what would you be bringing ?

 

Trying to decide if I want to caravan, or solo it so I can poke along at a low rock-defying pace. Decisions, decisions.... Add to it 'no air-conditioning' so I'm kinda inspired to head out shortly after the morning traffic dies off.

two things ... 1 ... I got a text from Wacky he's heading out with the Rx3
2 ... blue masking tape really works wonders, applied like a bra then take off once here ... the white FC that won at the same SS you did drove out with me to Socal with a blue nose and had zero issues and there are a couple of the 8 owners that I know do the same thing

 

Good tips, there. I'm a little concerned what the tape itself might do coming off, though. Had a problem with that in one spot that apparently wasn't prepped real well. Will take under advisement.

I'll hit wacky up via text & see what his plans are. We're not starting too close together, so kinda depends on how he's going over the mountains.

I for one need every minute I can find before departure - life is just being crazy busy.

Can you maybe give approach tips for getting to the right part of the CC parking lot? To avoid go-around conditions?

 

sure heading up the 15 get off at Sahara ... bare right make right ... go over the overpass you'll see the pink dome and KOA RV park move to the right and make what ends up being a U turn ... at the light Industrial Road make a left ... several hundred feet make a left into the parking lot

 

Breaking News!!! ... the show portion will NOT be held at Circus Circus .... we have secured another location that should prove to be better!!! ... but we will parade approx 4 1/4 miles down the Las Vegas Strip (we are setting up photograghers) to another location ... we will be rolling out from Circus Circus ... more info to come in the next day ...

Maps will be available Friday afternoon/evening during registration and Saturday morning prior to roll out ... super easy only two turns to the show location

 

where is the new location or will there be people set up at CC to point people in the right direction? i'm sure there will be late people who will be lost if the show portion is being moved.
