Jose V. did the same thing to my friend's friend... He was paid to do a rebuild with provided parts and a light steel flywheel. The engine ran pretty shitty and the owner was forced to take it apart.. they noticed that the light steel flywheel was not there. He had installed an old OE flywheel. I also heard from a local rotary builder/racer that Vidal never measures the parts he use for the rebuild. I was this close to becoming his victim. Good thing a friend warned me before i had to drop off my new housings to Vidal.

 

there are some people here who really need to continue pursuing that guy... contact the bbb if he's ripped you off. people like that have no right to be in business if they're ripping people off and stealing parts!

 

the cops finally got back to me...

the mpulsive shop and the guys associated with it HAVE been under investigation a few times before. they told me they just never got enough "hard" evidence for a conviction, but there's pretty much no doubt what these guys are up to.

that's just sad

I think I will start calling their shop like 3 times a day, and asking for jose. Then I will tell his *** off and tell him that he's a fat f-ing piece or s**t! I will continue this for everyday that goes by. I will continue to call him from different phone lines. Just for the fun of it I can at least make his life horrible while is still here! hahahahahahaha

 

Or we can just burn the f-kers shop down, and hang a big banner reading... " the rx-7 club knows about you!"

 

Do that and record it. It would be good for laughs.

 

....and then get sued for harassment.

 

It's not cheap to sue, they wouldn't do it unless you really **** them off.
