How did you guys pay this scammer? If you used paypal or your credit card, can't you dispute the charges?

 

How is sending newspaper as oppose to the seats you payed for not fraud?

 

That's his way of saying something happened to them in shipment and can then blame ups, usps, fedex or who ever he shipped them by.

I've worked in warehousing for a long time and believe me a lot of stuff gets blamed on the carrier.

Always open packages in front of the guy delivering it.

 

i paid thru paypal and already filed a complaint but the problem is that the investigation will be at least 30 days. I'm pretty sure I'll get my money back, but ****. All that time involved NOT having my money where I can use it elsewhere sucks.

I've called him 6 times today and he's avoided every single one of them. I have his cell phone number. It would be easy to just call the police, file a complaint, have them track the number to an address thru the phone service, and arrest him.

But I'm over my lets-kick-some-*** stage. I'm willing to give him a chance to confess, return the money, and turn himself in. Otherwise, **** this legit legal process. I'm going to bring a bat with me when I go to his house.

 

I just sent this guy $600 for those zero2 coilovers. I notified paypal and the fbi. Its is a federal computer froud. The guys name is Jason Peterson, 1215 Mooringview Place, Stockton Ca. The pay pal acount is from a women he claims is his wife! The Phone number to this guy is 209-430-3869, 209-474-3562. Help me and I'll help you guys out. Email me at rabaltazar@juno.com. so you got scammed for the Zero2 coilovers too? I sent him $300 for those.

 

ok, first of all he supposedly sent over 3 people (that i know of) the coilover set when he only had one his cousin in japan gave to him, and i dont know about the seats but i got a box that was about the size of a sheet of paper, (coilovers are bigger than that, so it was fraud the post office couldn't screw that up) i think we need to sue this guy or get him to buy us each a new set of coilovers, robert and kevin, i will be calling you today as well as sending everything hes sent me and everything i know about this guy. also my package he sent me was at first addressed to a house that isn't even on my street and also to a wendy king, i think he made that **** up so he would have more time to delay his *** beating, did he send your packages to the correct address or did he make one up and then send it there.

 

well im really glad, i started this post, i thought i would be the only one in this, if we all complain and give each other the information we have then we should be able to get our money back

 

i'm going to do more than just get our money back. Trust me.

efiniT2, can you also email you pictures on the box he sent you? he did the same to us and I'm going to present them to the PD for evidence.

I live in Hawaii. Tracked the package here, and then it went straight back to Stockton. $550 out the freakin door with nothing to show for it! How can we get our money back?

 

the guy has issued me an e check via paypal, we will just have to wait and see what happens(I have to wait 5-7 days for the check to clear) I just stayed on his *** via e mail.

apparently the paypal e check was bogus too. I checked with paypal, and they dont show there to be any transaction from him to me!

I gotta call from a detective in Stockton today. These punks have been arrested and will spend the weekend in jail before they go to court on Monday. I'm trying to push federal charges since they used the post office for my shipment.

 

I hope they throw the book at him. That guy deserve what was coming to him!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Have any of you reported him to PayPal? If you do a complaint, they'll block his account so he can't rip others off (at least not with that name or account).

mad props to the detective in stockton who investigated this fraud case. He even tracked me down! I got a call last week from him. Without even a proper address he was able to get my phone # and compile a police report for me. Of course i sent him ALL of the info I had about this guy. Id like to see the look on that ******** face when they busted his door down! HEHE!
