Who has the white S5 vert with wing, a body kit (side skirts, at least), and Arizona plates?

I was walking down South State Street in Ukiah near Gobbi this afternoon, around 5:15 p.m. and saw the gorgeous vert. Any ideas anyone?

Is it Jaiyurai (Kevin)?? I know he's from Arizona.

Anyway, very very nice car. Would like to know more about it.
