All felonious activity is now on the lowdown. To protect the innocent of course.

hey fu...quick question totally unrelated but made me think of it with the mention of legal issues and i wanna ask since you're 5-0

about lowering your car and the cops...just wanna make sure i have this correct. headlights need to be 24" above the ground...you cant tuck tires into the fender...and no part fo the body can be lower than the bottom edge of your rim?

Yeah, I hid the thread until this matter is finished. After that I will put the thread back up and all info will be posted in it. This way if **** head gets back on this forum he won't see what has been said.

That's correct. I wasn't aware of the tires into the fender, but I am not a traffic cop.

Yes, I can confirm the fender thing.

Also, you will get pulled over if you are not a Belligerent.

So thats wheel in the fender, or tire in the fender? Cause if its tire, almost all cars on the road are illegale. Look at my front tire 2 posts up.

i've never met a cop that had a good knowledge of the california vehicle code.

they don't say anything about the t66, but apparantly, kumho 712's are illegal "race" tires now.

Kumho 712's should be illegal on a car with that much power.

From what I read about the whole tire thing it's that the body of the car can't extend below the bottom of the actual wheel. So in your case Casey, you'd be fine. I'm not saying that I'm 100% right, but I did read over the Cali vehicle code a couple of times.

hahahahah! it's only 8psi right now, and it still lights them up when it spools.

boosted, according to the uneducated victorville PD, ANY lowering of ANY vehicle whatsoever, no matter what, is illegal.

you can do a 36" lift on your 87 toyota pickup without getting hastled, though.
