What is "Done" on a 1500.00 Rebuilt at Rotary Reliability in Santa Ana Ca

anybody had a rebuild with these guys in Santa Ana. there Ad says rebuilds start at 15.00 dollars anybody know whats in the package of the rebuild..???

Just new seals, no new parts (like housings, rotors, oil pump, etc), almost certainly.

Here's a shocker -- why don't you call them and ask?
