I don't know the answer to that question but what I can tell you is the owners of the forum are doing a lot of changes and there's still ton of snags to fix. So that might explain user account issues. For example my seller fedback points have zeroed out for no reason or I would post and the counter will stay on the same number .

There is a bunch of members with over 10k post Wtf

80% of the moderators don't have even that. Like teddyrx2 he has a ton of post that's like 20 post a day to achieve his number in less than 5 yrs .
