The Kel Tec subs with folding stocks fit nicely in vinyle briefcases under the front seats of the truck, the Remington lays close at hand along the door sill, the Glock, Berretta and SA's are all on hand, the Anzio, SKS and the AR are in the safe, and the others, well, they are also close at hand when at home....

Truth be told, these are my brother's, I don't own any guns, but am looking. He is teaching me the finer points... And yes, he does keep them as mentioned above...

My Dad and my Step Dad both have "emergency equipment" within easy reach anywhere in the house or car....

Interestingly enough, I have been both an OTR truck driver and wrecker driver for over 15 years and have had to go into some of the worst sections of towns. I have never carried, and never been in a situation where I needed too. But I am sure there will be a time when I need to be prepared. I guess because of my size, people pretty much don't mess with me, although I am very mild mannered. 6'1" 265 lbs.

Actully it is just because I have size 15 feet, noone dares mess with me

Later,
Bill

I got out on the field a lot and I never had to carry any weapon at all. Its how you represent yourself...Give people respect and 99.99%, you will get the same treatment.

my personal favorite of all time would have to be any of your basic meat and potato 1911-45. as far as semi-auto goes your 9mm 40mm just does not pack enough stopping impact. You want the initial 1st round to end any confrontation.
