Theres a weekly car meet in the elk grove sacramento area every friday starting at 7 in the lowes parking lot on sunrise and power inn its open to any and all cars/trucks

To the one's who asked, yes Elk Grove is the town you hear stories about people getting pulled over for stupid BS.

 

lmao... if it was the same group that had a meet in Truxel, Walmart parking lot., I do remember majority of the cars are ricer. But there were some pretty cool cars that show up. And if I remember correctly the turn out was pretty big.


Yes, I've heard all over the news that cops in that general area has been giving out more tickets recorded over the past two years or so.

Josh just seeing who would come out we never have problems with cops they never say anything to us even if they do show up last week was the first time they showed up and it was just to tell us to turn the music down since it was only one car

It's hard to expect a nice car meet when people are posting the meets on craigslist and ****. Keep meets exclusive and don't bring your guns or your high school buddies. This is just my experience dealing with large events that involve high schoolers or adults who still think like high schoolers. It's so unfortunate that even the rotary scene is now flooded with AZN-gangster-wannabe-ricers.

 

Its not that bad really everyone is chill for the most part few antisocial people but you cant help it if im there first people park in the area around me like ok where do we park lol

 

Nice, I'll have to try to come out there. I use to always see a meet at the Lowe's in Rancho Cordova while visiting my sister in law. It was mostly newer cars out there. Good mixture of imports and domestics.

 

The one on sunrise and greenback still goes on heard its piggy central now
