Journey on now, brother. We will follow when we can. May you be born again at the same time and in the same place as those you knew and loved in this life. May you know them again and love them again.

Rest in Peace, you will not be forgotten

Mark's memorial was amazing. You could really tell how much he was loved. I am very happy that as many from the RX7 comunity could make it, did. You could tell how much he has givin to the community. At least a quarter or more of the cars in the parking lot were rx7's.

We loved you Icemark and you will live on in our hearts.

I've been off the forum since April 3rd, I just came in and found out. Icemark and I had a rocky relationship as we liked to argue with each other. Sometimes I even felt that he singled me out on heated threads. Despite all of that he will be missed, and my condolences to his family and friends.

Just cause it was a funeral doesn't mean the world had to stop...Taking pictures would have been a another great way to look back and see all the cars that showed up to support the cause...and aside from that with the gathering of pics a collage could have been made in rememberance of him given to his family...

Pictures of the cars if anything would have been a nice thing to see in memory of him...cars strolling in strolling out, and parked in the parking lot nothing more..

It's my understanding from what I've read elsewhere his family wish to keep that information private. I'm sure someone will quote

Thank you Icemark for everything, you have helped me out before and no one can help but love your straight out answers for everything. My thoughts go out to your wife and family, you will be missed.

Mark, you may have moved on to that which comes after but you will live on. The good you brought to this community of people is inmesurable. You have helped so many and done so much.

To a man whom I have never met, to the person who provided me a replacement for that oh so familiar switch ... thank you and Godspeed.

Wow, this is a shocker! I hate to sound redundant, but this is a huge loss to our community. The tides are changing and a new generation of rotary heads are going to be stepping up. I can only hope that they will be half as helpful as Icemark, if not more.

RIP fellow rotary head, we will all miss you.

I haven't been around the forum for some time since my car was totaled a couple of years ago. I am absolutely stunned by this news of Mark's passing. He was such a good guy. I feel incredibly sad for his daughter and wife…if anyone is in touch with them, please pass on my most heartfelt condolences and blessings for healing. I would have attended the funeral had I known…
