Want to work on my 84 SE??

seeing how I can't find a mechanic in Reno,NV to work on my rotary, I'll ask in here
I'm more than willing to bring to california etc for the work:
here's the issue:
cold start pellet/choke problem
otherwise the car runs great
if anyone knows how to resolve this issue etc and can work on my car let me know
it's a 1984 GSL-SE
Thanks,
Shawn
