I was wondering if this person is on this forum. just picked up my car from salazar foreign cars in los angeles after getting some repairs done. saw another fd there. looks like its almost done.

 

Why would you take your car to salazar??? That place is a rip off and they'll fock up your ride.

 

Trust me bro it wasn't my first choice. tried filling coolant into my car and it just leaked right out. only place i can think of to tow my car. would you be able to reccomend a better place?

Haines in Alhambra...like any other mechanics..just becareful because he'll start to recommend other **** that may not need to be replaced.

I used to take my FD there when I had it for simple to mild maintenance. If Coolant just leaks out...follow your coolant hoses and the freakin plastic AST!!!

Havent seen either of you guys around before - i work in Rancho Cucamonga so im rarely driving around during the week but im usually always around town on the weekends. Maybe ill see you guys around!

 

Haven Ave at the 76 station/shopping center right at the 210fwy. After gassing up to head home, a nice little red S4 (dropped/gray spoke type wheels/single exhaust - na i think) pulled out of the shopping center together with me - gave him an approving nod and a peace sign then turned onto the 210 west to head hom as he continued south on Haven.

 

man didn't realize there are some rotor heads so close to me i live in highland park so its on the other side of the hill from eagle rock. i haven't seen any other 7's anywhere except for one parked at my work from time to time in Monterey park. maybe i should drive around eagle rock more often. i drive a white N/A FC with the paint chipping off of it so i shouldn't be too hard to spot.

 

****, there used to be a ton of rotaries in the Eagle Rock/Glassell Park/Highland Park/Cypress Park area back in the day. Ive always had a rotary (3 GSL-SEs, a yellow streetport RX3 SP, a dark green bridgeported RX3 (Jose Vidals old car if anyone remembers that guy), black streetported RX2 and 2 S5 FCs counting the one I own right now) or a muscle car in those days - super fun being in my teens/early 20s with a quick car in Eagle Rock in the 90s thats for sure LoL. Now theres a bunch hipsters everywhere, which is cool in its own way too.

LOL if more of hipsters come here there wouldn't be a point in owning a car let alone an rx since the streets will be nothing but bike lanes , but id rather have them than ghetto folk. hope to catch a glimpse of your ride on the road

spotted a white FB on ave 64 in highland park California by the chevron while i was doing the typical RX owners weekly tradition of getting gas LOL
