um what could possibly be the problem

so i set my timing but it won't stay there i set idle too but it keeps advancing itself for some reason if i jump the initial set plug it automatically rettards to were it needs to be is this normal or am i the retarded one

2nd gen forum is that way. in it there are FAQs and FSMs
