I'm not sure when they plan on doing the party, what's going on right now is they are trying to get caught up from the time they were down due to the move.

As for the change in ownership, mark the previous owner, wanted to retire to and passed on ownership to the two techs that worked for him. At first they were a little nervous about letting out that Mark was gone because most of their clients were and still are used to dealing with Mark. He still stops by from time to time to check in but Sean and Jon are now working and running the place.
